You might think that blonde beachy waves are the look of the summer, but this year it\u2019s all about brown hair instead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunkissed locks will be replaced with a spicy copper tone, bleach blonde tresses will be swapped for rich chocolate waves, and striking highlights will be traded in for deep brunette lowlights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This could be thanks to the biggest stars of the moment sporting the sexy hair colour, from Zendaya, star of Dune and The Greatest Showman; Dakota Johnson, most famous for the Fifty Shades films; and Kylie Jenner, who always grabs the headlines for her sultry looks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Vogue magazine<\/a>: \u201cThis chocolate hair with a deep amaretto shine would be a serious upgrade (that requires very little effort) for any brunette.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It isn\u2019t just blondes and redheads who are going to turn up at hair salons near <\/a>them to revamp their hairstyle, as ladies with naturally brown hair will be looking to make their locks appear richer, deeper and warmer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To really embrace this seductive summer look, keep hair long and add a subtle wave through the locks. This will give the illusion of beachy locks mixed with glamour and sophistication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are, of course, different levels of brunette you could opt for, from caramel tresses to charcoal brown, just a shade off black. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As brunette hair can appear to have red shades when under the sunlight, going for a darker shade can avoid this and keep the style deep and dark with cool tones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
